It is driven by a spiral bevel gear and runs smoothly with low noise. Each machine head has its own independent thread picking mechanism and is hooked by a super large rotary shuttle to form a double line lock stitch. The whole machine has a compact structure and is easy to operate, making it an efficient large-scale insulation sewing equipment.
The DSHB01 multi needle quilting machine belongs to a series of products, which can process various types of products with a width of 2-4 meters. It can sew 8-26 rows at the same time, with a row spacing of 150 millimeters. This machine adopts specially customized needles and oversized rotary shuttles, with a large thread capacity. It can sew up to 120 meters with one change of the bottom thread. Special machine needles can ensure that there will be no needle skipping or jumping at any needle spacing during sewing. The sewing thickness is 50mm, and the needle spacing length can be adjusted within 10-40mm.
